On Tuesday 03/12/19, there was the annual conference for all chaplains in all correctional centers of NSW. In the evening, there was the annual dinner function for the chaplains. In the dinner function, the Hon. Anthony John Roberts, the NSW Minister for counter terrorism and corrections awarded the Very Rev. Fr. Tadros El-Bakhoumi for completing 20 years in serving the inmates who are in custody in correctional centers all over NSW. Fr. Tadros was asked to give a small speech, which he did.
